Tipster FAQ

How are tipster stats verified?+

Tips are archived with their odds the moment they're published, then settled automatically against the final score. Win rate, ROI and profit are computed from those graded bets only.

What does ROI mean?+

Return on investment at flat 1-unit staking: profit divided by units staked. +15% means every 100 units staked returned 115 on average. Voided bets are returned, not staked.

Can a tipster be in the red?+

Yes — and when it happens the leaderboard shows it. Honest tracking is the whole point: a negative ROI is displayed exactly like a positive one.

About the leaderboard

This leaderboard ranks our tipsters by transparent, settled performance so you can judge each one on results rather than promises. For every profile you can see the long-term win rate and return on investment, calculated only from tips that have already been graded and closed. Every published tip is archived and settled openly, which is our core trust promise: nothing is quietly deleted or edited after the fact. To get the most from this page, look beyond a single headline number. Compare win rate alongside ROI, consider how long a tipster has been tracked, and check which sports or markets they specialise in. Past performance never dictates future outcomes, so treat these figures as one input and stake only what fits your bankroll.

TipstersFAQ

What does ROI mean for a tipster?+

ROI, or return on investment, shows the average profit or loss per unit staked across all settled tips, expressed as a percentage. A positive figure means the tipster's selections have returned more than they cost to stake over the tracked sample, while a negative figure means the opposite. It is a better long-term measure than win rate alone because it accounts for the odds taken.

Is a high win rate better than a high ROI?+

Not necessarily, because a tipster backing short-priced favourites can win often yet still lose money over time. ROI captures whether the prices taken actually delivered value, so it is usually the more meaningful gauge of profitability. Reading win rate and ROI together, alongside the size of the sample, gives the fullest picture.

How do I know these tipster stats are honest?+

Every tip is timestamped and archived when it is published, then graded once the event settles, so the record cannot be rewritten to look better. The win rates and ROI shown are built only from these closed, settled tips. You can review a tipster's history to see the wins and losses that produced their numbers.
